Oh no, poor Joe… Looks like isn’t going to get to party it up in Arizona until he gets his legal woes taken care of…
Maybe he can console himself by watching the secret Ashley Dupre footage…
RENO, NV — Poor Joe Francis. No matter how many times he stands up for himself, there’s a judge somewhere keen to make him sit the hell back down. The latest blow to the multi-millionaire Girls Gone Wild mastermind’s plans for world conquest is being denied the right to travel to this weekend’s Phoenix Forum conference in Tempe, AZ.
According to the Associated Press, U.S. Magistrate Robert McQuaid has given Francis’s request to travel to the popular conference the thumbs down – in spite of the fact that Girls Gone Wild is a co-sponsor.
McQuaid, who has apparently never attended the Phoenix Forum, is quoted as having informed Francis and his attorneys that, in his opinion, “It doesn’t appear to the court that the trip has a valid business purpose.”
Judge Deems Joe Francis’ Attendance of Phoenix Forum Invalid

An interesting look at the struggles of the adult film business and getting their movies out to the consumer. Seems the more you pay for a high quality product the less likely someone is to buy it.
MANASSAS, Va. – When SexZ Pictures CEO Bo Kenney heads off to Cannes in April, it won’t be to work on his tan or to sip martinis with Charlie Sheen on a yacht full of aspiring bikini-clad starlets.
Kenney will instead be shopping cable versions of his AVN award-winning features Corruption and Upload at the 45th annual MIPTV market, the largest global content trade event for buyers, distributors, and producers in the mainstream entertainment industry.
The decision to shop non X-rated versions of SexZ Pictures product to a worldwide market stemmed from Kenney’s frustration over the business model utilized by adult cable companies in the States.
LOS ANGELES, CA — Whether any of the under-aged girls who’ve managed to flash their lady bits for the Girls Gone Wild cameras will be featured on the company’s newly launched GirlsGoneWildCash.com affiliate program is unknown, but on-again/off-again jailbird and company CEO, Joe Francis, is proud to proclaim the new program alive and waiting for webmasters.
Although still locked in a legal battle with Panama City, FL U.S. District Judge Richard Smoak, whom Francis accuses of being driven by revenge, Francis announced this week that the Girls Gone Wild lifestyle brand is offering tidy financial incentives to webmasters willing to send traffic to the fledgling program.
With payouts of as much as $35 per signup, Francis proclaimed “This is a great opportunity for all of us” in a company press release. “The Girls Gone Wild CASH program allows our affiliates to participate in the fun and excitement of America’s favorite lifestyle brand,” he assures.
