LOS ANGELES-Joe Francis will serve no extra time in jail and pay a $249,705 fine after pleading guilty Wednesday to two counts of filing false tax returns and one count of bribing Nevada jail workers in exchange for food.

Look out now, Joe is fighting back! Seems Joe is tired of being the target and whipping boy for those who have an issue with drunken teenagers flashing their tits in front of a video camera.
Does his $300 million lawsuit have teeth? Was he unfairly treated and coerced? Of course most are going to say he got what he deserved, but what if his allegations are true? What if he really is being targeted and is having his right violated? It’s not like it would be unparalleled. Many of the jurors in the Max Hardcore case felt coerced and compelled to vote guilty even though they truly didn’t feel it was warranted.
Perhaps Joe has done some foolish things and maybe in some cases he does put himself in a situation where he becomes the fall guy, but let’s not forget, unless he is truly breaking the law he had just as much right to freedom as you or I and a usurping of his rights shouldn’t be tolerated just because he has made his living from the skin trade.
LOS ANGELES – ‘Girls Gone Wild’ founder Joe Francis filed suit today in Los Angeles Superior Court, seeking to void his settlement in the Florida civil case that landed him in jail.
Well it’s not Joe this time, but one of his minions. Now you do have to wonder, did something really happen or is this an attempt to piggyback on all the other lawsuits that have been filed in the past couple of months? No disrespect intended, but you do have to wonder just what is going through a young girl’s mind as she gets on board a bus that is loaded with alcohol, film crews and is known for shooting sex acts? It’s not a poetry reading for heaven’s sake!
Joe and his crew aren’t necessarily know for their tact and high moral standing, but let’s hope this isn’t some witch hunt against them.
